  • Jantar Mantar Overview

    Jantar Mantar is an Observatory for Astronomical calculations and study of astronomical incidents. Its architectural design is unique, whole structure of the observatory is a huge equinoctial sundial measuring the time in day light on the sun’s movement. There are a total of 13 astronomical instruments in the form of architectural designs. UNESCO has included it as world heritage site.

    Timings: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, 
    Entry Fee: Rupees 5 for Indian citizen and Rupees 100 for foreigners, 

    Nearest Metro Station: Rajiv Chowk Metro Station, New Delhi.
